How fast is turnaround?
48 hours for most loads. We run pickup and delivery routes three days a week, so your laundry typically comes back on the next route day after pickup.
How should I bag my laundry?
Two bags — one for lights, one for darks — so everything gets washed the way it should. Any sturdy bags you have at home are fine for your first pickup.
Is there a minimum?
Yes — $40 per pickup, and laundry is $2.49 per pound after that. We weigh everything at pickup, so you only pay for what's actually in the bags.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Book a single pickup whenever the hamper wins, or set up a weekly route if you'd rather never think about it again.
Do you handle business laundry?
Yes — we do towel service for salons and spas, and linens for Airbnb and rental hosts, on a regular schedule. Email us and we'll set up a plan that fits your volume.
